REFUNDS
As a family owned business we take pride in working with our customers directly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will do our best to make it right.
Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if you are not happy with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@skinbalmapothecary.com with a photo of the order that is damaged and we will refund you 100% and send you new product.
RETURNS

Please note the following guidelines for returns:
1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. We can also provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
For returns over $50, a 15 percent restocking fee may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, the order arrived later than expected and this was not due to our fault (we have a five business day processing time. This is not reflect the day that you placed the ordered), an incorrect address was entered at checkout, or the order is sent back after delivery for reasons unrelated to product damage or defect.
Because we typically do not resale items that have been returned, even unopened ones, the restocking fee helps cover handling, processing, and product loss associated with large returns.
2. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method after we receive the product back.
Please note: If you are returning your second order placed through a subscription, the refund will reflect a 15% deduction. As clearly stated on our website, a second subscription order must be completed before cancellation is permitted. This policy helps prevent misuse of subscription discounts intended for long-term customers.
3. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees or additional charges.
